Current processing times are now at 7-10 business days from date of order.
If you ordered before the VIP Sale, your item will ship at our typical 9 - 10 business days from date of order.
Shipping is all handled by our carriers, we have no say or control over how quickly they may get to you during a high volume season. Please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume as well. Tracking info will be sent as soon as your order has left the shop and is in the hands of the carrier.
We can provide a digital gift note for shipments that may not arrive before December 24th Pleas just let us know.

Your order will still be made by hand, but expedited shipping will apply once the item is shipped.

once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.

first class - delivered within the US in 3-5 business days.
2-3 day: delivered within 2-3 business days.
1 day: delivered within 1 business day.
***Please note expedited shipping orders (2-3 day and overnight shipping orders) do NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe under the section "ORDER PROCESSING" above still applies to your order.
We will not refund your order or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above mentioned.

We ship internationally. We charge $15. It usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive once your order has been processed.
ALL fees incurred due to taxes + customs fees are due by the customer.
L O S T / S T O L E N P A C K A G E S
once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. Please contact hello@tljewelry.com and we will assist you in replacing your order.
