For in-person sessions, you will leave with your necklace!

For virtual sessions, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your piece to be made and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping.

Production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a very small business and create everything by hand.

Yes! Once you book your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email that has a link to make adjustments up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

We cannot accommodate late arrivals so please plan for traffic, especially during the summer months and holiday season.
Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
