To book your appointment, a $15 deposit is required and will be deducted from your total on the day of your Bonding Experience. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Yes! We have a variety of charms that you can add to make your piece truly one of a kind. We can even add a personalized disk to your piece we just need to know before your appointment so we can have it ready for you.

Yes! Once you book your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email that has a link to make adjustments up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

Please Note:
We cannot accommodate late arrivals so please plan for traffic, especially during the summer months and holiday season.
Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to receive a refund or transfer your deposit to a future date. Private parties require 2 weeks cancellation notice.

*Refunds are not automatically issued when an appointment is cancelled as most customers prefer to apply them to a future appointment. Please reach out to if you would like a refund.

TSA will not require you to take off bonded jewelry.

While Bonded Permanent Jewelry is meant for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry and not invincible.

In the event that your chain breaks or needs to be adjusted tighter, we offer 1 complimentary repair within 30 days of your initial appointment. Any additional repairs will have a fee.

Please note: If the chain is not in its original condition (stretched out beyond repair or contains multiple breaks), a new chain will need to be purchased.

Production & Shipping

All items are handmade to order unless noted as 'Ready To Ship' in the product name. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your piece to be made and an additional 2-7 business days for shipping. Production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a very small business and create everything by hand.

All U.S. orders are shipped standard USPS per your selection. Tracking info will be sent as soon as your order has left the shop and is in the hands of the carrier. Please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume.

Rates will be calculated at check out. We are not responsible for tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your government. We are unable to advise the amount of what the fees may be, please contact your local tax agent or customs office. Once your item is ready to ship, it typically takes 1-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.

Overnight and priority shipping does not affect our order processing times. Your order will still be made by hand and expedited shipping will apply once the item is ready to ship. We will not refund your order or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above mentioned. We DO NOT offer rush shipping during holidays or sales. 

When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. You can also view your tracking for your order in your account on our site.

Once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. You can reach out to and we'll assist you in replacing your order.

Returns & repairs

We want you to be happy with your purchase and gladly accept returns for reimbursement within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the item is in brand new, resalable condition.

Your refund of the full purchase price less shipping charges will be applied to the original form of payment once your return is received, inspected and approved. Please note, depending on your bank, it could up to 10 business days for the credit to be seen on your account.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number along with a picture of the damaged or incorrect item.
