BONDED PERMANENT JEWELRY
Yes! Your jewelry can simply be removed with a scissor at the welding point.
Not at all! Bonded jewelry is a painless process of welding the metal so no clasp is needed.
Your bonded jewelry can last weeks, months, years - as long as you want!

Yes! Once you book your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email that has a link to make adjustments up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
Please Note:
We cannot accommodate late arrivals so please plan for traffic, especially during the summer months and holiday season.
Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to receive a refund or transfer your deposit to a future date. Private parties require 2 weeks cancellation notice.
*Refunds are not automatically issued when an appointment is cancelled as most customers prefer to apply them to a future appointment. Please reach out to hello@tljewelry.com if you would like a refund.
TSA will not require you to take off bonded jewelry.
While Bonded Permanent Jewelry is meant for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry and not invincible.
In the event that your chain breaks or needs to be adjusted tighter, we offer 1 complimentary repair within 30 days of your initial appointment. Any additional repairs will have a fee.
Please note: If the chain is not in its original condition (stretched out beyond repair or contains multiple breaks), a new chain will need to be purchased.

Workshops

Your workshop fee covers all materials and supplies needed to create your jewelry pieces, along with expert instruction from our skilled jewelers.
Each workshop typically lasts about 2 hours.
Yes, we understand that things come up! Due to the limited spots available and the fact that we often have a waitlist, we kindly ask that rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your workshop to receive a refund or transfer your payment to a future date. For private workshops, we require a 1-week cancellation notice.
No prior experience is necessary! Our workshops are designed for both complete beginners and experienced crafters.
Just bring yourself and a desire to learn! All materials and supplies will be provided.
Yes, you have the option to purchase additional materials on the day of the workshop to create more jewelry pieces.
Participants must be at least 14 years old. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, we offer private workshops for groups. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs and schedule a private session.
Absolutely! You will leave the workshop with your handcrafted jewelry pieces.
Production & Shipping
All items are handmade to order unless noted as 'Ready To Ship' in the product name. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your piece to be made and an additional 2-7 business days for shipping. Production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a very small business and create everything by hand.
All U.S. orders are shipped standard USPS per your selection. Tracking info will be sent as soon as your order has left the shop and is in the hands of the carrier. Please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume.

First Class - delivered within 2-5 business days
2-3 Day: delivered within 2-3 business days
1 Day: delivered within 1 business day
Rates will be calculated at check out. We are not responsible for tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your government. We are unable to advise the amount of what the fees may be, please contact your local tax agent or customs office. Once your item is ready to ship, it typically takes 1-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.
Overnight and priority shipping does not affect our order processing times. Your order will still be made by hand and expedited shipping will apply once the item is ready to ship. We will not refund your order or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above mentioned. We DO NOT offer rush shipping during holidays or sales.
When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. You can also view your tracking for your order in your account on our site.
Once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. You can reach out to hello@tljewelry.com and we'll assist you in replacing your order.
Returns & repairs
We want you to be happy with your purchase and gladly accept returns for reimbursement within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the item is in brand new, resalable condition.

Silver is prone to oxidation, especially during the summer months when exposure to chemicals like those in hot tubs, cleaning agents, natural hot springs, humidity, and varying pH levels is more common. If your welded silver jewelry tarnishes, you can restore it using silver cleaner or silver cleaning wipes. You’re also welcome to bring it back to our store for professional cleaning at no cost!
