Shipping policy

P R O D U C T I O N
All items are handmade to order unless noted as 'Ready To Ship' in the product name. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your piece to be made and an additional 2-7 business days for shipping. Production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a very small business and create everything by hand.

U.S.  S H I P P I N G
All U.S. orders are shipped standard USPS or UPS per your selection. Tracking info will be sent as soon as your order has left the shop and is in the hands of the carrier. 

I N T E R N A T I O N A L   S H I P P I N G
Rates will be calculated at check out. We are not responsible for tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your government. We are unable to advise the amount of what the fees may be, please contact your local tax agent or customs office. Once your item is ready to ship, it typically takes 1-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.

T R A C K I N G   Y O U R   O R D E R
When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. You can also view your tracking for your order in your account on our site.

L O S T  O R   S T O L E N   P A C K A G E S
Once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of USPS or UPS. If your package is lost or stolen in transit contact your local Postal Office or UPS and they will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. Please reach out to hello@tljewelry.com and we will assist you in replacing your order.
