All fees are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the workshop. Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund or transfer your deposit to a future date.

Absolutely! You will leave the workshop with your handcrafted jewelry pieces.
Yes, we understand that things come up! Due to the limited spots available and the fact that we often have a waitlist, we kindly ask that rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your workshop to receive a refund or transfer your payment to a future date. For private workshops, we require a 1-week cancellation notice.
