How to use:

• Take out a length of floss from the dispenser. The recommended length is about 18 inches (45 cm).
• Hold the floss tightly between your thumb and index fingers, leaving about an inch of floss between them.
• Gently guide the floss between your teeth, using a sawing motion to gently remove plaque and food debris.
• When you reach the gum line, curve the floss into a C shape around each tooth, and gently slide it up and down to clean the sides of the tooth and remove plaque.
• Repeat the process for each tooth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth.
• When you're finished flossing, dispose of the used floss in a waste bin.
